Amber Michelle's Debut!!! Stepping Out Of Her Shell!!

Hello everyone, my daughter, Amber Michelle, has finally come out as a writer. Below is a message along with an excerpt from her 1st novel she is working on. I think her writing is "awesome!!" Then again I might be a tad bit bias........................ "What??!!" She is my daughter. 


This is an excerpt from my first novel titled: Anna: Aucpreg & The Awakening!! 
Please give your advice/comments on my excerpt.

Anna could see the fire coming at her with a rate so rapid, that she could hear her heart, thumping to the beat of horror music. Engulfed in this fire was a woman (unscathed) with tears streaming down her face. Yet, somehow, her eyes illuminated with hope and joy. 
Anna in desperation, yelled, "Who are you, are you hurt, do you need help?" She knew she was asking too many questions, but the site of a woman engulfed in a fiery blaze, has a way of making you act frantically! Something behind the woman emerged; What is that.... is that a hand?....no claws!" Anna thought in pure terror. As the claws jerked the woman further into the blaze, she yelled to Anna, "Aucpreg!"
"What?, wait......." instinctively reaching for the blaze, the heat and pain reminded Anna where she was placing her hand.

Jerking her hand back with such force, caused Anna to find herself on the edge of her bed, about to hit the floor with a loud thud. Clutching the sheets for dear life, and still feeling the heat from the fire on her hand, Anna whispered in a confused tone; "Aucpreg??" © June 2014.

So, how did I do? Please give your advice/comments on my excerpt.
Please keep in mind that I am a very new 14 year old, (as of today to be exact), So please be kind with your constructive criticism. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

The Happiness Continues...............

Today is Christmas, I'm celebrating two births today.

The first one is the most important birth, for me as well as the entire world.

The Birth of  our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is the birth we all needed to happen to guarantee our salvation.

I am sooooooooooo happy that Jesus was born. This happiness is everlasting for me!!

The second birth is the reason my happiness continues. Remember back way back on December 22, 2014?
You know when I announced the birth of my grandson Jeremiah.
Well this is just a continuation from the 22nd.

I have heard on several occasions from people stating that it is not wise to bring a child into this world now.
I just hold onto the lyrics of "Because He Lives."

How sweet to hold a new born baby,
and feel the joy and pride he gives;
But greater still, is the calm assurance.
This child can face uncertain days,
"Because He Lives."

I hope Jeremiah's parents, hold onto those words, as they began their new life with him.

All of this smiling is making my jaws hurt...............
Yet I still can't stop smiling.......................................................................

 

God Has Given Me The Best Gift This Year!!

The Lord has given me the best Christmas gift this year!
I want to tell everyone who live far and near,
That I'm so full of the Holiday Cheer!
Because Deidre and Jonathan,
created someone so dear!!

 I'm talking about a new baby boy?
His name is Jeremiah T. Green,
and he's our new JOY!!

Jeremiah has now; burst on the scene,
 ready to boss us all around;
and make his claim on everything!!

And in my house, that will totally be fine.

You'll have to forgive, all this giddy, giddy cheer,
 I'm just happy about the "Gift,"
 I received this year!!

"The Holy Spirit!" It Wouldn't Leave Me Alone!! A Subject I Didn't Want To Tackle!! The subject of Joel Osteen.

Hello everyone!! It is with great dread that I tackle a subject I never wanted to tackle, because I know of the possible backlash I will receive from some Christians. I have spent months avoiding this subject, until the Holy Spirit whispered "now, tackle it now."

For months I have seen different types of facebook post bashing one of God's chosen, Joel Osteen. He has been called a false prophet to a candy cane messenger to a soft preacher, to a "just a motivational speaker." The list goes on, but who has that kind of time.

If God has chosen Joel, and I highly suspect that He has, who are we as Christians, to think we should criticize one of God's chosen?

God is the One who lays upon our hearts what type of messages, we are to convey to his flock. Therefore, we must stop placing a stumbling block in front of God's chosen.

If any one of us are out of line with our message, please pray for that person and leave it up to God. He will handle it as He sees fit.

1 Corinthians 12:4-6 says There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men. These words are from 4-6.

The verses 7-11 are also interesting reading as well. (Did you get the hint to look it up??)

The bottom line is, we as Christians should not judge the messages of others, that God has laid upon their hearts.

It is quite easy to test the spirits to see whether they are from God. If a person's message acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh, then that message is from God. (1John 4:1)

I have heard Joel Osteen messages, and he does indeed acknowledges that Jesus has come in the flesh. This is why I believe he is one of God's chosen. Which means if anyone has a problem with Joel's type of ministry, should take it up with God.

We as Christians should not bicker among ourselves about each other's ministry. We must recognize that God works through all of us in different ways.

My son Austin said, "Mr. Osteen is not a false prophet, especially since he always end his sermons telling his viewers to attend a Bible-based Church in your area!!"

Who knows, someone may hear his sermon and choose your Church to join!!

I am praying for Joel Osteen. Will you??!!...................

"Synthetic" Part Two My 13 Year Old Has A Lot On Her Mind!!! From Her "My Venting Series!!

Like I said, She has a lot on her mind................

My side of the story is, if she has been holding back for "13 years," I am in deeeeeeeeeeep trouble; when she decides to become un-synthetic (is that even a word?).

You see, to me she has been "synthetically" speaking her mind before she turned one. (true story)

My 13 Year Old Has A Lot On Her Mind!! Time To Pray For The Kid(s)!!!! Plus a poem from Amber Michelle (My 13 year old) Titled "Thanks??!!" From the "My Venting Series!!" Part One of Three!!

God laid it upon my heart to write this poem this morning. I had no idea why. I just simply obeyed Him. When I finished this poem, I mean as soon as I finished this poem the reason why, became clear. My 13 year old daughter, Amber Michelle, told me she had written three poems last night in frustration of her life. I showed her my poem, She smiled and said, "I did eliminate the rough parts," then she asked me if I would submit hers as well. When you read her poems, I wonder if you would understand why God laid it upon my heart to write this prayer....

I plan on posting her other two poems in the next two days. I realize this gift from God has to vent. She calls it "My Venting Series"

Boxed in trapped in, dreams are all I have.

Life.....can be cruel, when your dreams are BIG!!

My spirit is beaten, I've been grateful,

yet I'm still being punished!!!

It should not be a choice for a child.

Need or want, of course the child will choose want;

hence the word "child."

Frustrated with the female part of me,

and angry with the male part of me.

One can help, but chooses not too.

I'm Cheating This Morning @ 12:32 AM!! I Just Can't Help Myself!!

Yes, you read it right!!

 I'm cheating this morning @ 12:32 am with the delicious thanksgiving meal my 13 year old Amber Michelle, is cooking. She has this house smelling soooooooooooooooo good with the aroma of her delicious sweet potato pies. My stomach has been growling at me for the last ten minutes to cut into the pie and sink my teeth into the scrumptious dessert.

Amber has seasoned the food to perfection, the kale, well let's just say, that was my dinner tonight. The aroma of the chicken has my head spinning in anticipation. I even want to try it now, and it isn't even ready; and won't be for hours.

Amber busted my little bubble when she refused to make the mac-n-cheese tonight. Something about I wouldn't leave any for tomorrow.  In my defense last year, I hadn't eaten all day. (just kidding, I didn't eat the whole thing).

Well I am going to eat my sliver of pie now. (that's all she will give me)

I thank God, for giving me children who decided they wanted to learn how to cook, (with the help of me forcing them to learn of course)

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone, Enjoy your Family & Friends; but most of all Give Thanks!!

My 13 Year Old Likes Chores and Likes To Be Disciplined!! And She Doesn't Even Know It!!!

My 13 year old, Amber Michelle, likes chores and likes to be disciplined; and she doesn't even know it!!

Being a single parent for me means that my daughter would spend every other weekend at her father's. I have to hear statements from her during the week, such as, "I hate it here, I can't wait to go to my Dad's", "Why do I have to do chores on a day off from school?", I can't wait til' I'm grown to get away from you", "you are so mean." Oh! and my personal favorite, "You treat me like a slave." The list of statements goes on and on, but I don't want to end up with carpal tunnel. (did I spell/say that right?).

Now to the good part when you find out how she likes to be disciplined.  When my 13 year old bundle of joy ("sour puss") is at her dad's, she is constantly communicating with me either by phone, facebook, or text, almost the entire time she is away. That's Right!!! You read correctly, she is always in contact with her mean, slave driving mom, who is ruining her life!! (Hey!! another statement!)

I don't know about you, but that sounds like a person who misses her mom, and misses being away. I say misses being away because, she also asks her father if he could bring her home earlier. Which truly means she likes me giving her chores and being told how to behave.

The girl doesn't even know she likes being disciplined!!!

I tried telling her, but she just doesn't believe me.

When Amber asked why does she have to do chores, I tell her because of the scripture Psalm 90:17.  May the favor of the Lord Our God rest upon us; establish the work of your hands for us- yes the works of our hands. Their is favor from God, when we work with our hands.

When she asks why am I so strict, I tell her because of  the scripture Proverbs 19:18.  Discipline your son, for in that there is hope; do not be a party to his death. 

I explained to her if she is a disobedient child, according to God's promise that if you, Honor you mother and father, your days will be long..............................................Exodus 20:12. 

This means if she is a disobedient child even after I have disciplined her, whatever fate God chooses the consequences are hers alone to bare. 

I hope, my daughter understands, but in any case, her actions tells me she likes the way I am raising her!!

Update: That Is Not How Our God Works!! Christians Please Watch What You Post!!! Don't Be A Stumbling Block!!!

Lately, I have come across post from Christians, stating if you don't share this post, you will miss out on God's Blessings and/or His Miracles. I have even read several that stated, "If you don't share something bad will happen to you." Another one is "You must send this post to 7 other people.
 (or some other ridiculous amount) " Really??!!!


THAT IS NOT HOW OUR GOD WORKS!!!

Your salvation, blessings, and miracles are not contingent on what you post on facebook. 
Please be careful of misleading post.  It can easily take your mind off of Christ, and place it exactly where the poster wants it; on their post. You are now working for that person instead of Christ. 

I'm not saying don't post any encouraging God centered post, those are always needed, to build His Kingdom.  I'm saying we as Christians should not post any thing that is not of sound doctrine to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

Update: We as Christians should not be a stumbling block, for a new believer, who wants a relationship with our Lord. You will have that person busy trying to repost your post etc., thus taking their attention away from God and on the things that you want.  

Romans 14:13 says Let us not judge therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way. 

These types of post not only judges people beliefs, but it takes them away from the true doctrine of Jesus Christ. 

When in doubt, check it out!!!Read the Bible for yourself, it is the best way to understand our Lord. You are guaranteed avoidance from getting caught up in things that are not of Christ, when you read His words.

Should We As Christians Condone Anything That God Considers A Sin??!!!

This morning I saw a post that said "What was sin one hundred years ago, will be sin one thousand years from now." "GOD NEVER CHANGES."

 That post got me to thinking about the question;

"Should We As Christians Condone Anything That God Considers A Sin??!!!"

Malachi 3:6 says For I am the Lord, I change not;.........  With that being said, the answer to the question is an astounding "NO." It is plain and simple if God says it is a sin, then it is a sin.

I for one am guilty of this, but the bottom line is, it is wrong of us to condone any type of  sin.
 We as Christians should represent God in a way that is pleasing to Him.  

I will no longer make up excuses or rationalize a sin.

What about you??!!!

When It Comes Down To The Wire, Who Will You Choose??!!

It is apparent that in due time our religious freedom will be taken away from us, (Christians).
When it comes down to the wire, who will you choose?? The world or Jesus Christ?

It will become a point and time that we will be persecuted for our belief in Jesus Christ.

With that being said, will you be steadfast and hold onto God's words?

Jesus said, Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 10:32-33

If I am to be persecuted and martyred for my belief in Jesus Christ, so be it; for I know in my martyrdom I am choosing "EVERLASTING LIFE"


                        "I AM NOT ASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST"

Is Hell Everlasting??!!! This Blog Will Shock Some People!!

Is Hell Everlasting? This is a question that have baffled Christians for years. Their are those who believe that Hell is not everlasting. They use these scriptures to support their beliefs.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death.
Ezekiel 26:21 ........but the dead know not anything,........for the memory of them is forgotten
Ecclesiastes 9:5...........................The soul that sinneth, it shall die.
Revelation 21:8 ................................ This is the 2nd death.
Revelation 19:20-21 .................................. The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

(Note: I didn't write the scriptures verbatim because I want you to look them up for yourselves.)

But you do understand why some think that eventually hell will end. Because the Bible says for the wages of sin is death!!! The soul that sinneth shall die!! etc........

"THIS STATEMENT IS TRUE"

Now for those who believes in an eternal Hell!! They use these scriptures to support their beliefs..

Matthew 25:41 Then he shall say to those on his left, depart from me, you who are cursed, into the
eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

Revelation 14:11 And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or anyone who receives the mark of his name.

Revelation 20:10 ............................... They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Revelations 20:14 ................................This is the second death.

Now that we have established why Christians believe in two different outcomes, we need to determine which belief is the correct one.

Are we all in agreement that the body has three parts? Remember (in Genesis 1:27) we are made in God's image, God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This is the Trinity the Bible speaks of. (Read Genesis 1:26, & Matthew 28:19) Well if we are made in his image that means we are body, soul, and spirit. (3parts) just like our Heavenly Father.

Remember Ezekiel 18:4 the full scripture says Behold all souls are mine, as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine; the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

Therefore, the body of the person will surely die, if it dies in sin; without the protection of the blood of Jesus to cover them. It will die not once but twice. (remember the "this is the second death scripture"). Therefore, the scripture is correct, for the wages of sin is "DEATH". However, But the Gift of God is Eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Now for the eternal damnation believers. The above scriptures that list "they will be tormented day and night for ever and ever;

 THIS STATEMENT IS TRUE!!!!

Our spirit (remember we are made in God's image) which is immortal, has to go somewhere. We have the free will to choose, Heaven or the "other place."

Now let's talk about "HELL."
The scripture Revelation 20:14 says Then death and Hades (hell) were thrown into the lake of fire. (Which is the second death of the body again).

So now that we know that Hell is not eternal because it too is thrown into the lake of fire along with death, we still need to find out is this punishment of fire everlasting.

2 Thessalonians 1:9 says They will be punished with the everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord............ (notice it did not say that just the fire would be forever, like some Christians think, it states; "WILL BE PUNISHED WITH EVERLASTING DESTRUCTION").

 Matthew 25:41 tells us that the everlasting destruction is the eternal fire that was prepared for the devil and his angels.        

Let's recap
We do indeed die (our bodies) and will be no more(which is the 2nd death) , if we die in sin.
In other words non-believers will die twice, while believers die only once.
We all have an immortal being in us (our spirit) and we will have to choose where we want to spend eternity. (By the way we will receive a new body) 1 Corinthians 15:35-39
Hell (Hades) is not eternal, while the lake of fire is eternal.

The scriptures says that God has definitely set eternity into the hearts of man. (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

I am choosing to tap into what God has set into my heart, I have accepted the gift of Eternal Life, through my faith in Jesus Christ; by the Grace of God.

The Update!! "Left Behind" How Can So Many People Not Know The Reason Why??!!! Is Joseph (Jacob's son) The Key?!!

Hello everyone.  I went to see the movie Left Behind on October 11, 2014. One question has been in the back of my mind ever since.

"HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?"

I mean even in today's world where atheist exist, they even know that we Christians teach of the day when Jesus returns and will Rapture up his believers. (Luke 17:34-36, Thessalonians 4:16-17,  Revelations 7:13-17 and Chapter 14:14-16).

Thus, my question again; "HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?"

The Holy Spirit  reminded me of Joseph. You do remember Joseph? He was Jacob's beloved son, who was put in charge of the whole land of Egypt. (Genesis 41:41)

Although Joseph was the reason why Egypt survived the 7 year famine, eventually his greatness was forgotten. (Exodus 1:8 and Acts 7:17-18 ). Therefore, because Joseph was forgotten, the Jews were forced into slavery; and eventually the story of Moses was born.( Exodus Chapters 2-Deuteronomy 34th Chapter and Acts 7:20).

Is this how it will be in the last days? Because of "FORGETFULNESS?" Seriously??!!

This means just like Pharaoh, The American Government will be the reason for our Country's downfall.


 Will the American government finally and totally forget that our country's belief in God is why America was so powerful? Will they totally forget that God said to Abraham, "I will curse those who curse you, and I will bless those who bless you?" (Genesis 12:3)

So, because of America's need to be politically correct, we will not only lose our power, but the protective hand of God as well.

Remember America, God changes not!! When Christians percentage has dwindled down to less than ten percent, America would  finally make way for her destruction to begin. (That's the story of Lot and his family, just not enough believers in the One True God, to save their city)

I know what is about to happen, however, I have no fear, for I know my redemption draws near.  I am one of the many who believes in the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have confessed with my mouth that I am a sinner, and have asked Christ to come into my heart and to make me a new born again Christian.

 I know where I will be spending eternity.

I will not be "Left  Behind."

The Worst Case Of Self Hatred Ever!!

I was thinking about my Almighty God today, and remembering how the scriptures described Heaven. Then I drifted off to what hell would be like. Chills rode up and down my spine. I would never choose such a fate for me. I love myself and would never want that; never ever in a trillion, zillion years. That's how this blog came about.

A person who chooses to follow satan, has the worst case of self-hatred I have ever seen!!

Matthew 25:41 says, "Then he will say to those on his left, Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels."

This truly breaks my heart, for I know how much satan despises us and wants as many of us to suffer along with him.  (It's really true what they say, "Misery loves company")

Why would anyone want to follow someone who hates every fiber of their being?

Why would anyone choose hate and eternal damnation?

The only answer I could think of is, "They have the worst case of self hatred ever!!!!!!

(Yes, the lake of fire is eternal, contrary to what some may think; but that is another blog coming soon)

I choose love and everlasting life.........

Danny Freeman This should be taken down for there is no such thing as a proud christian. Proverbs 16, Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.

I read Proverbs 16:5 for myself, he is correct. Therefor I am changing my picture that says "Christian and Proud and changing it to "Christian And Not Ashamed!!"

Here's An Alternative Christian Celebration On Halloween!!! (Warning!!!! Not For Every Christian!!)

The Holy Spirit lead me to a scripture that opened my mind and heart, and gave me a better understanding of our Mighty God.

Isaiah 5:12 says: They have harps and lyres at their banquets, tambourines flutes and wine, but they have no regard for the deeds of the Lord, no respect for the work of His hands.

With that being said I no longer lack understanding.(Isaiah 5:13)

A Christian can now have a huge, feast, party, celebration, whichever, rocks your boat and regard the deeds of God. God's deeds are so vast, from the smallest to the largest. You know like waking you up every morning, directing you to go another route to avoid an accident, (sometimes we don't even know he's doing those things for us.) Of course, my favorite, respect the work of His hands.

The works of His hands, where do I begin???

How about Orion's cords, (Job 38:31) or the bounties of sand (Job 38:4). Let's give thanks for the Creation of the Skies, Oceans and Lands. (Genesis Chapter One)

What about how God tips over the jars of waters from Heaven, (Job 38:37) to replenish our Earth.

God in his infinite wisdom has placed the sun at a precision amount of length from the Earth.
I believe a centimeter too close would scorch our bodies (Our bodies, that's a whole other wonderful creation from God), and a centimeter too far, we would probably freeze to a permanent sleep. (until God awakes us, of course.) Now that is science!!! Which God is the Creator of science. The proof is in Job chapters 38-41. Yes, evolutionist, God is the Creator of science!! (Boy they are going to have a rude awakening on judgement day!!

So, to the Christians who want an alternative family gathering on Halloween, have a feast, regard and respect our Creator. Enjoy the sunset, beach, praise him by Honoring him on that day. You can even call that day, "Happy Creation Day!!"

Yesssssss, that's what I'll do, As for me and my house, We will call it "Happy Creation Day"

I wanted to have a feast tonight, but Amber Michelle, is burnt out from working all week on two school projects that was due today. She wants her usual boring meatballs and waffle fries. However, we will be watching this awesome dvd titled: God Of Wonders.
