Here's An Alternative Christian Celebration On Halloween!!! (Warning!!!! Not For Every Christian!!)

Happy Friday Everyone!!!

The Holy Spirit lead me to a scripture that opened my mind and heart, and gave me a better understanding of our Mighty God.

Isaiah 5:12 says: They have harps and lyres at their banquets, tambourines flutes and wine, but they have no regard for the deeds of the Lord, no respect for the work of His hands.

With that being said I no longer lack understanding.(Isaiah 5:13)

A Christian can now have a huge, feast, party, celebration, whichever, rocks your boat and regard the deeds of God. God's deeds are so vast, from the smallest to the largest. You know like waking you up every morning, directing you to go another route to avoid an accident, (sometimes we don't even know he's doing those things for us.) Of course, my favorite, respect the work of His hands.

The works of His hands, where do I begin???

How about Orion's cords, (Job 38:31) or the bounties of sand (Job 38:4). Let's give thanks for the Creation of the Skies, Oceans and Lands. (Genesis Chapter One)

What about how God tips over the jars of waters from Heaven, (Job 38:37) to replenish our Earth.

God in his infinite wisdom has placed the sun at a precision amount of length from the Earth.
I believe a centimeter too close would scorch our bodies (Our bodies, that's a whole other wonderful creation from God), and a centimeter too far, we would probably freeze to a permanent sleep. (until God awakes us, of course.) Now that is science!!! Which God is the Creator of science. The proof is in Job chapters 38-41. Yes, evolutionist, God is the Creator of science!! (Boy they are going to have a rude awakening on judgement day!!

So, to the Christians who want an alternative family gathering on Halloween, have a feast, regard and respect our Creator. Enjoy the sunset, beach, praise him by Honoring him on that day. You can even call that day, "Happy Creation Day!!"

Yesssssss, that's what I'll do, As for me and my house, We will call it "Happy Creation Day"

I wanted to have a feast tonight, but Amber Michelle, is burnt out from working all week on two school projects that was due today. She wants her usual boring meatballs and waffle fries. However, we will be watching this awesome dvd titled: God Of Wonders.

I Stand Corrected On the; "The NFL, They Got One Wrong!!" Blog!! Thanks To My 13 Year Old!

Hello everyone, for those of you who read my blog on "The NFL Got ONE Wrong", I have to say, I stand corrected, (actually I sit corrected).

My daughter Amber attends an after school club that discussed Adrian Peterson's, ( Minnesota Vikings), child abuse allegations. According to my daughter, Mr Peterson spanked his child with a tree branch (switch) and when the child refused to cry, he spanked his genitals. If this really happened, then I was wrong. This is clearly child abuse and he should not  only be suspended from paying football, but the criminal charges filed against him is correct!!!

I can admit I was wrong to use Bible scripture to back up this man's discipline tactics.

Please don't hold it against me.......................

Hebrews 12:11 No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful.  Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained.


Proverbs 13:24 He who spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is careful to discipline him.

Proverbs 22:15 Folly is bound up in the heart of  a child, but the rod of discipline will drive it far from him.

Proverbs 23:13 Do not withhold discipline from a child; if you punish him with the rod, he will not die.  Punish him with the rod and save his soul from death.

MY PERSONAL FAVORITE: Proverbs 19:18 Discipline your son, for in that there is hope; do not be a party to his death.

Why Do Non-Believers Prosper?!! A Question My 13 Year Old Asked.

My daughter Amber asked me today, Why do non-believers in God, prosper. My answer to her was, because they follow God's principles.

God has many principles listed in the Bible I will tackle two.

Principle #1 Count up the cost.  Luke 14:28-30

Count up the cost simply means if you don't have the entire amount of money to make a purchase, do not purchase it.

Amber, do you remember when I told you about a co-worker who for years lived without an air conditioner, or dryer.  They packed lunches and lived a frugal life? Although they believe in God, their are some people who do not, but if they follow this principle they will have the same result as listed below.

Well, because they followed God's principles they are now able to live a very comfortable retired, traveling life.

If a person who believes in God does not follow this principle they will find themselves living from paycheck to paycheck.

Principle #2 Making wise investments. Matthew 25:13-27

I know you should remember this story Amber, because I have told it to you and your brothers many times.

The bottom line of this story is, the first and second man invested well and made the money grow, while the third man hid his one talent (money) in the ground. Remember the king told him, "Well then, you should have put my money on deposit with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest."

Therefore pumpkin, if you are blessed with a lump sum of money do not spend all of it. Place a huge amount of it in the bank to gain interest; if you can not find a wise investment.


I asked Amber why did she ask me that question today, she said,

she and her friends where talking about prosperous non-believers. (I don't even want to know who these non-believers are)

I do want to commend you Amber because you are a "person who has a purse with no holes in it.
Remember the scripture Haggai 1:6 . (If you don't remember then research it and read it)

 I like it when I take you to the store and you have $20.00, you will commit to spending no more than $6.00 and will save the rest. You are already following God's principles.

"Left Behind" How Can So Many People Not Know The Reason Why??!!! Is Joseph (Jacob's son) The Key?!!

Hello everyone.  I went to see the movie Left Behind on October 11, 2014. One question has been in the back of my mind ever since.

"HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?"

I mean even in today's world where atheist exist, they even know that we Christians teach of the day when Jesus returns and will Rapture up his believers. (Luke 17:34-36, Thessalonians 4:16-17,  Revelations 7:13-17 and Chapter 14:14-16).

Thus, my question again; "HOW CAN SO MANY PEOPLE NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED?"

The Holy Spirit  reminded me of Joseph. You do remember Joseph? He was Jacob's beloved son, who was put in charge of the whole land of Egypt. (Genesis 41:41)

Although Joseph was the reason why Egypt survived the 7 year famine, eventually his greatness was forgotten. (Exodus 1:8 and Acts 7:17-18 ). Therefore, because Joseph was forgotten, the Jews were forced into slavery; and eventually the story of Moses was born.( Exodus Chapters 2-Deuteronomy 34th Chapter and Acts 7:20).

Is this how it will be in the last days? Because of "FORGETFULNESS?" Seriously??!!

This means just like Pharaoh, The American Government will be the reason for our Country's downfall.


 Will the American government finally and totally forget that our country's belief in God is why America was so powerful? Will they totally forget that God said to Abraham, "I will curse those who curse you, and I will bless those who bless you?" (Genesis 12:3)

So, because of America's need to be politically correct, we will not only lose our power, but the protective hand of God as well.

Remember America, God changes not!! When Christians percentage has dwindled down to less than ten percent, America would  finally make way for her destruction to begin. (That's the story of Lot and his family, just not enough believers in the One True God, to save their city)

I know what is about to happen, however, I have no fear, for I know my redemption draws near.  I am one of the many who believes in the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have confessed with my mouth that I am a sinner, and have asked Christ to come into my heart and to make me a new born again Christian.

 I know where I will be spending eternity.

I will not be "Left  Behind."

Slavery, Still In America??!!! Because Of...................................

I didn't know slavery is still in America, and according to my daughter Amber, it's all because of me.

Apparently, if you make a child do chores on a day when school is closed; you are treating them like a slave. Those where the actual words that came out of my 13 year old mouth.

Oh boy, she is such a comedian. I laughed at my little slave as she took out the garbage, cooked lunch, put away groceries, and fed our tortoise, Daisy. (yeah that's slave work)

I think I'll make her do more slave work by telling her to clean up her room, and to clean the dishes.

I wonder, do all the kids of today consider household chores as slave work?

That would be an interesting research..................................................

Skipping School??!!! Not My Daughter!!!

Hello everyone, I am amazed that my daughter has been ill and missed 2 days of school; yet she does not have to make up any of her class or homework. I was just sitting here reading my emails when I spotted several of her emails to her teachers, requesting for the class and homework needed.

When it comes to her education I am one "Blessed" mother.  My boys can't fathom why I am somewhat lenient towards their baby sister. Well Jonathan and Austin, this is why.

What a refreshing feeling, to not have to monitor Amber when it involves her school work.

Do I think Amber will ever skip school? I would love to say with certainty "Not My Daughter", but I have no idea what will happen in the future. So for now I'll just enjoy my non school skipping daughter......... :)

TO ALL CHRISTIANS; READ THE SCRIPTURES FOR YOURSELVES!!!

Hello my fellow Christians. I have a concern I want to address. I read the post listed below on my News Feed on Facebook. The John 3:36 scripture they have listed is incorrect. It says "Whoever believes in the son has eternal life, whoever does not obey the son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him." 

THE BIBLE"S TRUE STATEMENT

The King James Version says: "He that believeth  on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not on the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."

The New International Version says: Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath remains on him. 

Neither of these versions has the phrase "does not obey." 

I know what you are thinking it is just a small change. I am here to tell you that a small change can easily become a big one and will cause you to eventually follow the wrong person.  It is important for Christians to read the scriptures for themselves. This is a full proof way that you are always following the right person, JESUS CHRIST!!!

Christians Should Stop Being "Illuminati" Crazy!!!

Today I received a comment from someone who felt like a scripture I posted was of the illuminati, (New World Order).  The scripture is listed below.  She claims I should use the King James Version Bible only.  She then listed that version in her comments: Which says, For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

Does anyone see where this scripture contradicts the one I wrote? Or are they saying the same thing?
I do not see where anything was added to or taken away from the King James Version.

Christians should "STOP" being illuminati crazy and focus on Christ. Ephesians 5:11 says, Have nothing to do with fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.5:12 says For it is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.

King James Version says; And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

The only way you can expose the illuminati is to live your life for Christ only; in other words live your life that represents Christ in a positive manner. (Let your light shine, so that when others see you they will Glorify our Father in Heaven.) Leave it up to God to expose them!!!! The scripture clearly states do not even speak of what they do!!!

I can't tell you one thing about them nor do I know anything about them and I don't care to know.  

For this person to make a comment to me as if I don't know how to govern myself when it comes to that issue is "INSULTING".

Christians get your mind off of darkness and place it on Christ where it should be.  I do not want to discuss this issue ever again!!!

She told me she has no intentions of having sex until she is married.  I would "LOOOVVVEEE" for that statement to come true.

Is that even possible now-a-days?

Well I'm going to hope and pray that her statement comes to fruition.

I think it is possible, with God anything is possible.

Good News Mixed With A Little Bad Or Vice Versa!!! You Decide!!

Good evening everyone.

 I finally heard back from Barnes and Noble.  Let me see I guess I'll say the bad news first.  Barnes and Noble decided not to place my books on their shelves just yet. I guess I need to sell over 10,000.00 copies for them to do that.  The good news is my books can be ordered online from anyone of their 700 stores.  (Yeah!!!)

I'm not worried though, like I said before my season is here. I have other prospects and I know God has placed his stamp of approval on the books I wrote, He will bless them in His own time.

Okay let's change the subject.

My birthday is today, and I had a wonderful day, starting off with a hot breakfast cooked by non other than my 13 year old daughter, Amber.  Remember in the blog I wrote yesterday, (titled: My Sons Will Be so Proud Of Me), and my daughter told me she was not going to spend time with me on my birthday?  She changed her mind and treated me well.

I also went to see the movie Left Behind. I really enjoyed my day......... :)

My Sons Are Going To Be So Proud Of Me!!

That's right, Jonathan and Austin are going to be so proud of me, when they find out I punished their little sister, Amber. I  posted a blog, Titled, Good Advice from the Bible: To Ms. Amber on the use of profanity.  I did that because I noticed some of her vines had (.............you guessed right) profanity in it. I posted the blog and I thought I had gotten through to the little "Brat", (Jonathan's word).  Long story short, I didn't, so I took her phone away. YEA!!!!!! Boy was she angry with me!!! Let's see words came out of her mouth like, "I hate it here", I don't want to be with you on your Birthday, (By the way it's tomorrow, the big 53), and my favorite, I'm not talking to you." (you realize she had to talk to me to say she's not talking to me) anyway, she brooded all evening.  I could careless. That's right, I said it!! I didn't "CARE!!!"

My sons think I let her get away with too much, but in my defense, she does well in school, so I choose which battle I want to fight with her.  Before the end of the night she humbled herself, (Something she never does) and said, okay Mom, what if I just stop posting vines. "BINGO", she got her phone back.

They should be proud of me, right?

A 13 Years Old Dumb Question!!!

Okay everyone, I didn't say my daughter Amber is dumb, I said she asked me a dumb question. I hope she doesn't see this blog.  Otherwise, I have some "splaning to do!!" (Did I spell that right? I'm channeling my I love Lucy bit)

My daughter Amber asked me if she has permission to bake some homemade chocolate chip cookies tonight. Uhhhh Yeah!!!!

Is that a dumb question or what?!!!

First of all her cookies are delicious, second of all I "LOVE" cookies, and last but not least, her cookies are delicious.

That constitutes as a dumb question in my book.

Ummm..... please don't tell her I said what I said.

This short poem tells how God wants us to "Regard the deeds of the Lord, and Respect the works of His hands" Isaiah 5:12. You can have a family feast honoring God's Creation of Heaven and Earth.  Why not choose October 31, to be that day. After all," Hallowed" is God's name and the word "ween" means to think on, I think it is befitting to "Make Halloween About God!!!"

The NFL, They Got One Wrong!!

What am I talking about? Why all of these players suspensions of course. However, they did get one of them wrong.  I'm almost sure everyone knows which one I'm talking about.  Buttttttttttttt, just in case you don't know, I'm talking about Adrian Peterson of the Minnesota Vikings.
