you can make it about God in some creative ways.
Isaiah 5:12 states we have meaningless feast, so use that day to Honor God, God wouldn't mind in the least.
If you detest Halloween that promotes darkness and fright, then settle in with your kid(s) and make it a Christian movie night.
Or check with your church or your community's church too, to see if they have Holy fun times for the kids and you.
Maybe you can come up with a creative activity or two, It's your house hold, you can do what you want to do.
Why your household can even change the name to "The Creator's Day" too!
To recap, you can have a feast honoring God, add a movie night too, check churches for a Holy night, or come up with an activity or two. Simply put, it's your household; Why!! You can do what you want to do!!"
You can change that day and rename it "The Creator's Day," too. God wouldn't mind at all if you do.
Like I said before, "Christians,You Can Do What You Want To Do!!"
Now while we're on the subject here's my link take a look, at my children's version of the above, in a colorful poetry book.
Your kid(s) might like to have this book that is biblical sound. Plus it's a book that can be read all year round.
